May be worn anytime. Give a little shake to the bottle then Spray just a dab behind each earlobe, a dab in the bend of the elbows, and a dab to the back of the neck is all you do. Start with a small amount as some do not require as much as others

fragrance, persea gratissima (avocado) oil, polysorbate 20, leuconostoc/ radish root ferment filtrate, tocopherol

Please keep your lotions, lip balms, creams, serums, & even makeup away from any moisture, humidity, freezing temperatures, or high temperatures {75* is really as warm as they should get }. Moisture/water and high temperatures will cause your products { ESPECIALLY NATURAL ONES } to ruin quickly, this is bad for you & can cause skin problems. Beware of bathrooms where there is moisture from the shower or tub, hot cars, or bags left in the heat. Never add water to your products.
